Karsten Pålsson has worked as an architect for 40 years. He was initially involved in regional, local and neighborhood-based planning, and for 30 years has run his own architectural firm with areas of expertise in urban renewal, infill construction, maintenance planning and the transformation of residential blocks and other buildings.
Karsten Pålsson worked on development projects in the field of urban renewal as an advisor to the Danish Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, and within the scope of the conservation of historic buildings at the Danish Ministry for the Environment. He currently teaches at the Technical University of Denmark within the framework of his international teaching assignments.
