Alexander Danilin

Alexander is the author of “Government e-Services and administrative processes: from political goal to e-Government Architecture” (2004), one of the first Russian books on the topics of e-Government public services and the role of IT in the public sector.
He is also the co-author of IT Architecture and Strategy (2005), the first Russian book on the topic of enterprise IT architecture and IT strategy development.
He has worked for IBM East Europe/Asia, Lotus Software Group, and Microsoft Russia.
As a Microsoft employee, he participated in a number of consulting and information systems development projects. He also participated in the Russian e-Government architecture development project for Russia’s Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (2004), IT systems for the Sochi-2014 Olympic Committee, the e-Government System Project for the Russian Ministry of ICT (2010) and others.
